Parmesan Breaded Chicken Breast
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 lb boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a medium baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix grated parmesan, bread crumbs, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Dip chicken in butter, coat with cheese mixture.
Arrange chicken in medium baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
