Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted butter
