Stir in peas, continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Add more salt and pepper if needed.

Leftover Turkey Soup
Serves 10
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
Turkey leftovers, meat, bones, carcass
Garlic salt, to taste
16 oz green peas
2 carrots, peeled, sliced
Ground black pepper, to taste
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 cups white rice, uncooked
1 1/2 cups stuffing
2 1/2 quarts bone broth
1 onion, peeled, diced
