Arrange bacon in a large pan. Bring to medium heat and cook bacon until slightly crisp. Remove bacon from the pan and place on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble bacon.
Combine eggs, half and half and Swiss cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat together until combined. Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder, lemon pepper and half of the crumbled bacon. Stir until incorporated.
Place pie crust into a 9-inch glass pie plate, pour egg mixture into the pie crust.
Put the quiche into the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes, until the quiche and crust are a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to stand 5 minutes before serving. Top with remaining bacon.

Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 slices bacon
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 premade pie crust
