1/2 pint cherry tomatoes+ Add to Shopping List 2 cucumbers + Add to Shopping List 4 carrots + Add to Shopping List 1 Vidalia onion + Add to Shopping List 2 bell peppers + Add to Shopping List 1/2 bunch radishes+ Add to Shopping List 3/4 teaspoon salt+ Add to Shopping List 1/4 teaspoon pepper+ Add to Shopping List 4 teaspoons sugar + Add to Shopping List 4 teaspoons vinegar + Add to Shopping List 1 bag spinach + Add to Shopping List
Directions: Clean and cut cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, Vidalia onion, bell pepper and radishes into small chunks and place in large bowl. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar and stir together. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Place spinach in a salad bowl. Top with chilled vegetables. Toss together and enjoy.
