1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined + Add to Shopping List 3 cloves garlic, minced + Add to Shopping List 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice + Add to Shopping List 1 jalapeno chile, stemmed, deveined, seeded, and finely chopped + Add to Shopping List 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil + Add to Shopping List Sea salt, to taste + Add to Shopping List Ground black pepper, to taste + Add to Shopping List Lime wedges, for garnish + Add to Shopping List
Directions: In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, lime juice, chile, and 1 tablespoon olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator for 45 minutes. Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet set over medium-high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade, add to skillet then cook for 2 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Serve with lime wedges.
