Some garnishes may include shredded cheese, sour cream, jalalpeños - you name it. Serve on slider or full-size rolls, with corn bread or just by itself like you might serve chili.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 celery rib, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/2 cups salsa
2 tablespoons chili sauce
4 hamburger buns
