Drizzle the olive oil in a large skillet and bring to medium heat. Once hot, add the celery, onion, and carrots. Season with a pinch of salt. Saute until softened. Then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Place the ground chicken in the skillet and break apart. Cook and stir until browned.
Pour in the hot sauce and tomato sauce, stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low. Place a lid on the skillet and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid. Cook and stir for 2-4 minutes, until the sauce reduces and thickens.
Divide the ground beef mixture amongst the buns. Enjoy!

Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joes
Serves 4
Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground chicken
1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz.
1/3 cup hot sauce
4 hamburger buns
