Marvellous Mashed Potatoes
Serves 8
Ingredients:
9 potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup unsalted butter
12 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
