Add ground beef to the Dutch oven and cook until no longer pink.
Pour in water, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, yellow mustard and white vinegar. Stir together well. Sprinkle kosher salt, black pepper, sugar, paprika and cayenne pepper over top and stir well.
Place lid on Dutch oven and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
Place a spoonful of sloppy joe on the bottom bun. Top with a slice of muenster cheese. Place top bun on to make sandwich and enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon olive oil
