Ingredients:
1/4 lb thin sliced sandwich steak
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 onion, sliced thin
1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 sandwich roll, toasted
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Saute onion and green pepper in skillet until tender. Remove cooked onion and peppers from skillet and set aside.
While onion bell peppers are cooking, combine parmesan & mozzarella cheeses, garlic salt and pepper in small bowl.
Add sliced sandwich steak to the skillet and fry on both sides. When steaks are cooked, top with onions, green bell peppers and finish with the cheese mixture. Cover with a lid and cook until cheese is melted. Serve hot on toasted roll.

Cheesesteak Sandwich
Serves 1 sandwich
