Ingredients:

1/3 cup blueberry preserves+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar+ Add to Shopping List
1/3 cup olive oil+ Add to Shopping List
Salt, to taste+ Add to Shopping List
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste+ Add to Shopping List
1 bag mixed greens, 12 oz.+ Add to Shopping List
1 red onion, halved and sliced+ Add to Shopping List
2 cups fresh blueberries+ Add to Shopping List
1 cup crumbled blue cheese+ Add to Shopping List
8 oz. strawberries, sliced+ Add to Shopping List
Directions:
Set a small skillet over medium-high heat; add walnuts and cook and stir constantly until aromatic and toasted, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together blueberry preserves, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Set aside.
In a large serving bowl, combine mixed greens, onion, fresh blueberries, blue cheese, strawberries and walnuts. Drizzle with blueberry vinaigrette; toss to coat. Serve with remaining blueberry vinaigrette.
