Who doesn’t love a little crunch?

Ingredients:

For the Egg Wash:
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons water
For the Parmesan Coating:
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter, for drizzling

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a medium baking dish with aluminum foil.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the water and whisk together.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Dip each pork chop into the egg wash and allow excess to drip off. Then dredge the pork chops in the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Arrange the pork chops in the baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Place into the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes, until the crust on top is golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
