Ingredients:
1 cup jalapeno 1 cup finely diced mango, finely diced 1 cup finely diced kiwifruit 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 1/3 cup finely diced red onions 1/16 teaspoon salt, more to taste 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
Directions: Add the kiwi, jalapeno, mango, lemon juice, red onion, salt, and cilantro to a large mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Add more salt, if desired. Cover and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight, before serving. Enjoy with chips or other dipping foods.
