Remove the skillet from the heat. Pour barbecue sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
Lay a tortilla on each plate. Add an even amount of chicken to the center of each tortilla. Then sprinkle on the cheese followed by cilantro, red onion, romaine and pineapple.
Tuck in one side of the tortilla and roll up. Secure with a toothpick. Enjoy!

BBQ Hawaiian Chicken Wraps
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, your preference
4 burrito-size flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 red onion, chopped
1 romaine heart, chopped
2/3 cup pineapple, chopped
