Stir Worcestershire sauce and egg together in a medium size mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs, garlic powder, mustard and pepper. Stir to combine. Add ground beef to bowl and mix well.
Shape meat into twelve 1/4-inch thick patties. Place 2 tablespoons of blue cheese on top of 6 patties. Spread cheese to within 1/2-inch of edges. Place remaining patties on top of blue cheese patties. Press edges of meat together to seal.
Grill patties over medium heat, uncovered, for 12-14 minutes, or until desired doneness; turning patties once during cooking time.

Grilled Blue Cheese Burgers
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
6 hamburger buns, toasted
