Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, combine honey, cider vinegar, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, cumin, and salt. Stir until combined.
Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet. Brush the honey spice mixture over the chicken thighs, using about half of the mixture.
Place chicken in the oven. Roast for about 10 minutes. Remove the chicken thighs from the oven and use the remaining honey spice mixture to brush on a second coat. Return the chicken to the oven and roast for another 10 minutes.

Honey Spice Chicken

Ingredients:
4 lb cut up chicken
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
