Roasted Salmon in Lime and Sriracha Sauce
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs. salmon fillets, (skinless)
1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
1/2 lime, (juice)
2 tablespoons cilantro, (coarsely chopped)
1/2 lime, (zest)
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Combine Sriracha, lime juice, maple syrup, salt and lime zest in a mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients together.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place salmon fillet in the center. Glaze the top of the salmon with the Sriracha mixture.
Place baking sheet in the oven, roast for 15 minutes.
Remove salmon from oven, sprinkle cilantro over the top and enjoy!
