Ingredients:
4 cups whole milk
8 oz. 60% cacao, finely chopped into small pieces
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:

Heat and whisk for an additional 4 minutes.
