Greek Veggie Pita Wrap

Ingredients:

4 Greek-style pitas
4 oz hummus
1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
4 tablespoons sliced black olives
1 English cucumber, chopped
4 tablespoons crumbled feta
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, sliced
4 tablespoons Greek dressing

Directions:

  1. Lay the pitas flat. Spread 3 tablespoons of hummus across each pita.
  2. Layer on the lettuce, black olives, cucumber, feta, tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle the Greek dressing over everything.
  3. Fold pitas in half. Enjoy!
