Ingredients:
4 Greek-style pitas 4 oz hummus 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped 4 tablespoons sliced black olives 1 English cucumber, chopped 4 tablespoons crumbled feta 2 Roma tomatoes, diced 1/2 red onion, sliced 4 tablespoons Greek dressing
Directions: Lay the pitas flat. Spread 3 tablespoons of hummus across each pita. Layer on the lettuce, black olives, cucumber, feta, tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle the Greek dressing over everything. Fold pitas in half. Enjoy!
