Breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon butter
4 large flour tortillas
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
4 strips bacon, cooked, chopped
Green onions, chopped, for garnish
