2 russet potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons milk
1/3 cup butter
6 eggs
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add potatoes and onions. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.
In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk and pepper. Mix in bacon. Pour mixture over potatoes. Cook, without stirring, until mixture begins to set around the edges and on the bottom.
