Hot Caprese Dip with Roasted Tomatoes & Burrata

Ingredients:
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
8 oz burrata cheese, drained and chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 baguette, toasted and sliced
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the halved tomatoes to a mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over the top, then add the garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Spread the tomatoes on the baking sheet. Place it in the oven and roast for 20 to 25 minutes, until the tomatoes are softened and slightly caramelized. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Add the chopped burrata, heavy cream, balsamic glaze, Parmesan, mozzarella, and basil to a mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Transfer to a baking dish.
Spread the roasted tomatoes over the top of the burrata mixture.
Place the baking dish in the oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly and the top is golden brown. Remove the dip from the oven.
