Picanha Steak
Serves 4 |
Steak dinner with a Brazilian flair.

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil, for the grill grates |
2 lb sirloin cap steak, cut into 4 steaks |
Kosher salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Prepared chimichurri sauce, for serving |
Directions:
- Bring the grill to high heat. Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil grates.
- Pierce each steak through the center with metal skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the steak skewers on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side.
- Transfer the steak skewers to a cutting board. Let rest 10 minutes.
- Slice the steaks and transfer to serving plates. Serve with chimichurri. Enjoy!
