Caesar Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches

So simple to make yet oh so delicious!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb lemon garlic flavor pork tenderloin
1 Caesar salad kit, 10 oz.
4 hoagie rolls

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Remove the pork tenderloin from the package and place in a baking pan.
  3. Place the pan into the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Toss together the Caesar salad in a salad bowl. Set aside.
  5. Cut the hoagie rolls in half horizontally.
  6. Arrange the pork slices on the bottom buns. Top the pork with an even amount of the Caesar. Place the top bun on to complete the sandwich. Enjoy!
