Queso Supreme Dip

Serves 8 | 
One of the easiest and tastiest party dips.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground sausage
8 oz cream cheese
1 can corn, drained, 15 oz.
2 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained, 10 oz. each
8 oz shredded medium cheddar cheese
1 Roma tomato, diced, for garnish
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot to medium-high heat. Add ground sausage and cook for 10-12 minutes, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Cut cream cheese into pieces and stir until melted and incorporated with the sausage.
  3. Add the corn, both cans of tomatoes with green chilies, and shredded cheddar. Reduce heat to medium. Cook and stir until the cheese is melted. Remove from heat.
  4. Pour into a serving bowl. Garnish with diced tomatoes and chopped chives. Enjoy!
