2 cans French cut green beans, drained, 14.5 oz each
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Directions:
Bring a large pan to medium-low heat. Place butter in the bottom of the pan. Let melt and swirl around to coat the bottom of the pan. Add the chopped bacon, minced garlic and shallot to pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Add the green beans and increase heat to medium. Cook and stir until green beans are hot.
Transfer green beans to a serving dish and garnish with parmesan.

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 oz bacon, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 shallot, minced
