Chicken Juicy Lucy Burger
Serves 4 |
A yummy twist on the classic burger.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 1/2 lb ground chicken |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
4 slices cheddar cheese |
4 hamburger buns |
Directions:
- Heat a skillet to medium heat.
- In a large bowl mix together salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add ground chicken and breadcrumbs.
- Form into 4 balls. Place balls on wax papered surface and press down into patties.
- Cut each slice of cheese into quarters. Arrange cheese in the center of four patties.
- Place the remaining four patties on top of each cheese filled patty. Lightly press down and seal edges shut.
- Cook patties in the skillet for 8-10 minutes per side.
- Transfer patties to the hamburger buns and enjoy!
