Orange Lemon Mimosas

Recipe #The perfect sweet and tart party drink. | Serves 12 | 

Ingredients:

1 bottle orange juice, no pulp, 59 oz.
12 oz frozen lemonade concentrate
1 bottle sparkling wine
1 orange, sliced thin
1 lemon, sliced thin

Directions:

  1. Combine orange juice and lemonade concentrate in a large pitcher. Stir until well combined. Place in refrigerator to chill.
  2. Fill wine glasses with sparkling wine 2/3 full. Pour orange-lemonade mix into glasses. Gently stir together. Cut lemons and oranges in half, make a small slit in oranges and lemons and place on rim of glasses.
  3. Alternatively, can be made into a punch. Pour orange-lemon mix into a punch bowl. Pour sparkling wine into bowl and stir. Place oranges and lemons in bowl and spoon into wine glasses.
