Baked BBQ Beef Brisket

Ingredients:
| 4 lb beef brisket, fat trimmed |
| 1 teaspoon onion salt |
| 1 teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1 teaspoon celery salt |
| 1/2 cup barbecue sauce |
| 2 tablespoons ketchup |
| 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke |
| 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
- In a small bowl, stir together onion salt, garlic powder and celery salt. Thoroughly rub mixture all over and into meat.
- In another small bowl, stir together barbecue sauce, ketchup, liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.
- Evenly brush barbecue sauce all over brisket. Wrap brisket in heavy-duty foil, place in a roasting pan, then chill for 8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 300° F.
- Bake brisket until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 190° F, about 5 hours.
- Let brisket stand for 10 minutes before cutting across the grain into thin slices.
