Incredible Paleo Custard
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon French vanilla liquid stevia
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons honey
14 oz unsweetened coconut milk
5 eggs
Directions:
Combine liquid stevia, salt, honey, coconut milk and eggs in a blender. Blend together very well.
Pour mixture into a slow cooker bowl, cover and cook for 4 hours.
Remove bowl from slow cooker and place in refrigerator overnight.
