Green Goddess Tuna Salad

Flavorful, nutritious, and highly versatile.

Ingredients:

2 cans tuna, drained, 5 oz. each
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
1 oz basil leaves, minced
1 oz chives, minced
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Scoop both cans of tuna into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, dill, basil leaves, and chives to a blender. Pulse and blend until well mixed.
  3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the tuna. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the tuna. Stir until incorporated.
  4. Refrigerate for later or enjoy right away.
