Creamy Garlic Paprika Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Place the shrimp in a mixing bowl and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Pour the olive oil into a large skillet. Bring the skillet to medium heat. Once hot, add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and opaque.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and saute for 2 minutes.
Then pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat.
Transfer the shrimp to serving plates and divide the sauce amongst the plates. Enjoy!
