Crack the eggs on opposite side. Place a lid on top and cook until the egg whites are firm.
Split the potatoes, pulled pork and eggs among the serving plates. Garnish with green onion.

Pulled Pork Breakfast Hash

2 tablespoons canola oil
2 gold potatoes, chopped
Salt, to taste
Thyme, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste

1 1/2 cups prepared pulled pork
2 eggs
1 green onion, chopped
