Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels. Place the wings in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, brown sugar, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder. Stir together until thoroughly mixed.
Pour the seasoned flour mixture over the wings. Toss until the wings are well coated.
Arrange the wings on the baking sheet. Lightly spritz the wings with cooking spray.
Place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip the wings. Then lightly spritz the wings with cooking spray. Return to the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven. Let sit for a few minutes before transferring the wings to a platter. Enjoy!

1/2 cup flour
Salt, to taste
