Teriyaki Steak Bites with Peppers and Onion

Ingredients:
3 lb top sirloin steaks, cubed
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced into wedges
Directions:
Whisk together the teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl. Stir until well incorporated.
Place the steak into the bowl and toss to coat. Set aside.
Drizzle the olive oil into a large skillet. Bring to high heat, once hot reduce heat to medium-high. Add the steak to the skillet. Cook for 4-6 minutes, turning often to get evenly browned. Transfer steak to a plate. Set aside.
Place the bell pepper and onion in the skillet. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Place the steak back into the skillet and toss together.
Distribute the steak and vegetable evenly across the serving plates. Enjoy!
