Cook the fettuccine noodles according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water when draining. Set aside the reserved water.
Add the peanut butter, brown sugar, garlic, ginger root, soy sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar and chili garlic sauce in a mixing bowl. Stir together until well mixed.
Add the noodles to the mixing bowl with the peanut sauce. Add a small amount of the reserved pasta water and stir together. Add a little more water until the desired consistency is reached.
Spoon peanut noodles onto serving plates. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions and chopped peanuts.

Easy Peanut Noodles
Serves 8
Ingredients:
1 box fettuccine noodles, 16 oz.
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, grated
1 tablespoon grated ginger root
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish
3 green onions, sliced, for garnish
1/4 cup chopped peanuts, for garnish
