1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
5 oz baby spinach, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
Olive oil, for drizzling
4 hamburger buns, toasted

Combine the ground beef, egg, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, baby spinach and salt in a mixing bowl. Roll into four relatively equal size balls and gently press them down to form patties. Place the patties into the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
Drizzle a small amount of olive oil into the pan. Bring the pan to medium-high heat. Once hot, reduce the heat to medium and add the patties. Cook for about 6 minutes, until light brown. Flip the patties and cook for about 5 minutes. Transfer the patties to a plate.
