Reheating Instructions
All items are full cooked. Unless noted, reheat food until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165° F. Reheating times may vary based on type of oven, temperature accuracy, microwave model, as well as type/quantity of food.
Metal Black & Gold Containers
These containers are oven and microwave safe.
- Oven: Entree 350-375 degrees 20-30 min (Remove Lid)
- Oven: Sides 350-375 degrees 10 -15 min (Remove Lid)
- Microwave: Entree on high for 2 min, then stir and heat for an additional 2-3 min until heated through (Remove Lid)
- Microwave: Sides on high for 1 min, then stir and heat for an additional 1-2 min until heated through (Remove Lid)
All Other To-Go Containers
Plastic, paper, etc.
- Oven: Transfer food to an oven-safe baking dish or pan.
- Entree – 350-375° for 20-30 minutes (Remove Lid)
- Sides – 350-375° for 10-15 minutes (Remove Lid)
- Microwave: Use a microwave safe dish if necessary.
- Entree – High for 2 minutes – Then stir and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through (Remove Lid)
- Sides – High for 1 minute – Then stir and heat for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through (Remove Lid)
