Greek-Style Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine ground chicken, olive oil, feta, tomatoes, egg, dill, salt, garlic powder, oregano, panko breadcrumbs and red onion in a large mixing bowl. Mix together until well combined.
Scoop out and divide mixture into 15 portions. Roll into meatballs. Arrange meatballs on the baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through.
Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
