Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken+ Add to Shopping List
2 tablespoons olive oil+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 cup crumbled feta+ Add to Shopping List
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes+ Add to Shopping List
1 egg+ Add to Shopping List
1/4 teaspoon dill+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 teaspoon salt+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder+ Add to Shopping List
1/4 teaspoon oregano+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs+ Add to Shopping List
1/4 cup finely diced red onion+ Add to Shopping List
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine ground chicken, olive oil, feta, tomatoes, egg, dill, salt, garlic powder, oregano, panko breadcrumbs and red onion in a large mixing bowl. Mix together until well combined.
Scoop out and divide mixture into 15 portions. Roll into meatballs. Arrange meatballs on the baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through.
Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
