Sriracha Chili Shrimp

Mouthwatering and perfectly spicy.

Ingredients:

+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil+ Add to Shopping List
2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined+ Add to Shopping List
6 oz chili sauce+ Add to Shopping List
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt+ Add to Shopping List
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper+ Add to Shopping List
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped+ Add to Shopping List
Cooked rice, for serving+ Add to Shopping List

Directions:

  1. Place shrimp in a large bowl. Add chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, salt, pepper and garlic to the bowl and toss until shrimp is coated.
  2. Pour olive oil into a skillet. Bring to medium heat. Transfer shrimp to the skillet. Saute for about 4 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through.
  3. Separate rice into six bowls. Spoon shrimp onto rice and enjoy!
