Bubbly Red Grapefruit Cocktail
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
6 oz fresh red grapefruit juice
2 tablespoons triple sec
1 oz lemon-lime sparkling water
Lime wedge, for garnish
Directions:
Partially fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Pour in vodka, grapefruit juice and triple sec. Shake vigorously.
With a strainer, pour cocktail into two glasses.
Top cocktail off with sparkling water, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy.
