Ingredients:
1 sirloin pork roast
1/4 cup water
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
