Grilled Bacon Chicken Kabobs
Serves 8
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1/2 lb thick cut bacon, cut into quarters
Barbecue sauce, your preference
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
Kosher salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
8 skewers
Directions:
Heat grill to medium.
Alternate chicken, bacon and vegetables on skewers.
Season with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce.
Cook kabobs for 10-15 minutes.
