Extra Cheesy Slow Cooker Hot Corn & Chile Cheese Dip
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
2 tablespoons chives
4 slices bacon, chopped into small bits
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt, to taste
1 can fire roasted green chiles, drained
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cans fire roasted corn, drained
Ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine Pepper Jack cheese, sour cream, green chiles, parmesan cheese and corn in a slow cooker. Stir together well.
Season with salt and pepper and stir together.
Place cream cheese on top of mixture then cover. Set to low heat and cook for 2 hours.
Remove cover, stir ingredients together then replace cover. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Sprinkle bacon on dip and enjoy!
