A fantastically sweet dessert that’s fairly simple to make.

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup yogurt, (Greek or regular)
4 cups water, (boiling, plus cold 1 1/3 cup for mixing)
1 packet raspberry Jell-O
1 pint strawberries, (fresh, cut into preferred shape)
1 packet strawberry Jell-O

Directions:

  1. Stir together 2 cups water with raspberry Jell-O. Mix until fully dissolved. Remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside in separate bowl.
  2. Add 2/3 cup yogurt to remaining raspberry Jell-O. Whisk together until contents are smooth. Pour into a rectangular pan, place in refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Add 2/3 cold water to 1 cup of set aside raspberry Jell-O. Stir together, then pour on top of the refrigerated Jell-O. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, repeat process with strawberry Jell-O. Mix 2 cups boiling water with strawberry packet. Set aside 1 cup of mixture. Mix 1 cup of strawberry with yogurt, pour on top of the raspberry layers, then chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Before adding second strawberry Jell-O layer, place cut strawberries on first strawberry layer. Then pour last layer on top and chill for 3 hours.
