Slice bagels in half. Place in the toaster and cook until golden brown.
Spread a generous amount of the garlic mayo over each bagel half.
Lay the arugula on the bottom half of the bagel. Place a tomato slice on top then season with salt and pepper. Place 4 pieces of bacon on the tomatoes. Place the top half of the bagel on the bacon to complete the sandwich. Cut the bagels in half and enjoy!

BLT Bagels with Garlic Mayo
Serves 4
Ingredients:
For the Garlic Mayo:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the BLT Bagels:
8 slices thick cut bacon
4 everything bagels, halved and toasted
2 cups baby arugula
2 beefsteak tomatoes, sliced thick
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
