Place chicken breasts into a bowl. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and black pepper over top. Coat evenly.
Transfer chicken to a slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, apple cider vinegar and red pepper flakes on the chicken. Toss to coat.
Place lid on the slow cooker and set to high and cook for 4 hours.
Use two forks to shred chicken.
Place shredded chicken on buns, top with a slice of pepper jack cheese, a few jalapeno slices and place on top bun and enjoy!

Spicy BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
