Thai Chicken Wrap
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 whole wheat tortilla
2/3 cup chicken, cooked, chopped
3/4 cup mixed greens
1/4 cup carrots, sliced
1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
Directions:
Lay tortilla on flat working surface. Spread peanut butter down the center of tortilla.
Top peanut butter with chicken, mixed greens, carrots, and cilantro.
Fold in the outside edges then roll up and enjoy!
