Easy Pork Loin with Dijon Mustard

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons steak seasoning
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup melted butter
4 lb. boneless pork loin roast, trimmed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475° F. Line a broiler pan with foil.
In a small bowl, combine flour, steak seasoning, mustard and butter.
Evenly rub mixture all over pork roast. Set roast on broiler pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F. Bake roast for an additional 50-55 minutes.
